We are opening up our doors to the public on February 19, 2008. The new Bartolino's Osteria has much to offer and we want to know what you think about it...In fact we want to know what you think about all of our restaurants.
This page was originally created to for you to share your fond memories of the original Bartolino's and the Saracino family. Share those memories, and all your other thoughts on your experience at any of our restaurants. Let other customers know what you think and how you feel about your romantic evening for two, deal clinching business luncheon, or family breakfast at any of the Bartolino's Family Restaurants. We love the praise. But we also want to know how we can make your experience the best possible.

Bart, Margie and I wanted to thank you for a fantastic evening last night. The new restaurant is outstanding. While we will miss some of our old favorites dishes, we can't wait to try all of the new things. All the best!
Bartolino's! My long lost home away from home. Bart and staff - I miss you guys very much and plan on seeing you all as soon as I can get some free time. I am embarrassed to say I have yet to see your new place, however, I am sad to see the original Bart's go! I have had many memories with yourself, my friends and your outstanding staff! I miss my conversations with Kari at the bar and holding court with my guests (Kari stillmakes the best dirty martini in town!!). You have always made me and my friends feel welcome and appreciated. I look foward to seeing you soon and hope we can catch up. Hope all is well with you, your family, and your staff! Godspeed and goodhealth!

Bart-
Your new facility is beautiful. However, with no items at all from the old menu, its just not the same, plus the food from the new menu just does not meet our expectations.
You, Jim & your entire staff have always been most gracious, & every evening was most enjoyable. Just let us know if the old chef & menu would ever become available again.
Sincerely,
Rick Ficker & Family

My husband and I have always very much enjoyed Bartolino's food, atmosphere and service. We dined there fairly often and it was a place that we would always take guests to be blown away by great Italian food. Last weekend, we tried the new location for the first time. I have to say that our experience was rather disappointing. First, we were sat in a very cramped area of the restaurant near the entrance to the hotel. We asked to be reseated and were. Our waiter's personality and attentiveness left a lot to be desired. The menu was by far not as good as the old one. In fact, I thought it was hard to recogonize it as Bartolino's. And what happened to the great bread you used to serve? We were each given one small piece of a torn off baguette while we waited a long time to be served our entrees, mine of which, came out as undercooked chicken that had to be sent back. We were still charged for the entree and were offered no compensation or apology at all. I'm sorry to say that we will not be going back there.
